Big Crush > from anonymous6 answers
I work in a big office, and the guy across from my desk keeps flirting with me. I've caught him looking at me a couple of times over his cubicle. I have a boyfriend though, but we've only been going out a couple of months.. so I don't want to rule him out completely. What should I do?..

LOL Sorry I'm not sure what u'r looking for ... permission to flirt with your co-worker or understanding if u do, cuz u want to keep your options open?....
..
As a wise and sexy man I love often says, “we can only be responsible for what "we" do”..
..
Only you know what you're "doing", if are you encouraging, initiating and reciprocating in this little "game"?....
..
Now, I'm the queen of “flip the shoe on the other foot” to determine what’s ok and what’s not...What would you want your 2 mth old bf doing in this situation and then act accordingly...
..
I can’t help but mention something tho, is it possible u’re reading something more into ur co-workers’ friendliness?..Could it be he’s just fooling and joking around with you???..
..
Either way, don't try and fool yourself (and anyone else) into thinking that what he doesn't know won't hurt him cuz there are consequences to that too...

I need to ask you what you understand to be flirting.. is he talking to you in a friendly manner about random innocuous subjects , or is he suggesting a little lunch time romp in the maintenance shed behind the building?..
..
Joking, laughing and talking about a wide range of subjects with your coworkers is not flirting in my opinion even if they are of the opposite sex. As Angie pointed out , I like to say that we are ONLY responsible for what we actually do, not what we think about doing, what we fantasize doing etc... ..
..
How far is too far for you. A little light banter with some smiles, a bit of..touchie feelie around the cooler, drinks after work ? A little peck on the cheek, a lip to lip kiss, or an only once quickie in the elevator? ..
..
Only you can decide where your line is. You'll be living with the repercussions. Explore your options...

As long as he hasn't made any overt moves, then don't do anything...If he asks you out, then you should tell him you're taken...If he's just flirting, let him flirt; that way he's on the back burner if something happens with the current guy...

Well, he hasn't asked you out, yet, right? Right now he just looks at you and flirts with you -- and knows you have a boyfriend. But if you're at the point where you're thinking, "Hmm, I should keep my options open," then maybe you and your boyfriend aren't the best match. (Unless boyfriend is a word of convenience and you guys are just dating or hanging out and haven't made any promises yet.)..

Are all women this fickle when it comes to people they date?.."Some guy winked at me, so I guess I'll go with him now."..
