I do believe it's possible for the right people. Finding the right combination of people is a major obstacle though. ..
..
I've been in a number of forums on the subject. They're interesting people. A number of them are above average intelligence, alternative spiritual practitioners and participate in SCCA (Renaissance Faire). it truly is a separate culture. ..
..
That said polys are no different than others when it comes to problems, jealousy, child rearing and bill paying. In fact some will tell you it's much more difficult because of the number of people involved. ..
..
I found that, while it's not for me, there are people who are making it work. I met one triad who has been together for over 20 years. ..
..
I not only believe it happens, I know it...

I personally have never been in love with 2 men at the same time...When I love someone, I love them only...I don't believe I could ever be in love with 2 men at once...Isn't the whole point of love to find that "one special person"?..I don't see how you could make that connection with 2 different people at the same time...Loving someone takes mental and emotional effort and time, and having the ability to invest those things into 2 people is damn near impossible...

Are there people that live the polyamourous lifestyle? Sure. Is it something I would or could do? NO. ..
..
As others have said, I want to give everything I have to one partner. He deserves nothing less. And I deserve nothing less than everything from him. No division...

I believe someone could love more than one person at the same time. I mean we all love both our parents, our siblings, kids and friends the same. You can love your phone, car, and camera all the same, so why not two people you have a connection with? Its like our whole lives our based of of polyamourous relationships wether it is our parents or a pair of shoes, I believe that everyone can possess the power to love and that the willingness and desire is there. Hey, if Hugh Hefner can do it so can we right?..

I think that you can love more than one person at a time. I also think though that you can't be IN love with more than one person at a time. It is that one little change of phrasing that changes the whole situation, you know?..
