Girl needs me to be there to comfort her. I only just got my license. Still no...show more
car. Still no insurance. 10 p.m. on a night where I have work in the morning. I know that my parents will refuse. I know that if I leave with a car, it will completely alienate them. I'm leaving for college in a few weeks, and they are seriously supporting me. I offer to bike, a twenty minute ride. She says that it is too dangerous, and that if I can't come by car, she doesn't want me at all. She calls me a coward for refusing to stand up to my parents. And then she says she hates me and doesn't want to hear from me anymore.....I just have a few questions for my baffld audience.....1. Does it makes sense that she only wants me if I can drive, and not bike? If she only wanted me that way, did she really want me or does she want just someone who fits those specifications?....2. Do I not really love her if I'm not willing to do this?....3. Doesn't it mean more that I would be willing to risk two 20 minute bike rides in pitch black versus a five minute car trip?......And for the record, I do love her. I do. I love her deeply and truly. But I simply don't have the ability to drive. I'm offering her the best I can. And she's refusing it. If I had that ability to drive over there, I'd do it in a heartbeat. But as much as I'd love it to be, life is not like a movie. No matter how much she wants it to be...

Hi there, and I'm new to this.
But maybe its about time that this get...show more
answered. ..I am a straight, slim, normal (So I'm told! but who is these days?) ,allegedly ok looking, 30 sommit male...I have reasonable morals and views and respect every other persons right to be on the planet. Ok, so I'm slightly Bald but its shaven close it looks fine!..I have been married (Divorced for sveral years now) and have three very handsome and normal kids that I take care of as access allows. To my ex's defence it was a huge part of my behaviour that drove her away in the first place, but it takes two for a relationship to die...So... Why is it that although I meet lots of very lovely women, I either sleep with them mutually ,(I hasten to add) it just always seems that bed is the natural way to end the day, and then thats it, or they want me as a friend forever sort of thing?..I met one absolutly stunning girl a couple of months ago that wanted me to be her 'bit on the side' while her hubby was away (No nothing happened I believe in Karma! and being beaten up in the middle of the night !).....I met another cracking girl this weekend, we had a lovely time together (Yes we slept together) and here we are three days later and I'm the nicest guy on the planet, the complete package, but not the stuff her relationships are made of.....What is going on? If I go slowly, its not right, if I go quickly its not right. I dont put pressure on its not right, I put pressure on its not right.... I dont think? I do think?..I really am at my wits end when it comes to meeting the right person, I genuinly thought I had at the weekend, but thats not for the first time....Ok let me have it! Nicely please!!..

"where the relationship is going?"..Women like to know where we stand in a relationship...It's OK to say that you don't know yet...Women tend to postpone asking this question because we think men will bolt after we ask them...It seems like men think women are looking for a commitment when we ask the question, but that isn't always the case...Sometimes we would just like to know the lay of the land...Is he playing me?..Is he getting more serious?..Is he wanting to date exclusively?..Is he wanting to remain casual?..Exactly where are things going or are they not going?.. One of my good friends recently broke up with her boyfriend. She was absolutely...show more
devastated and I have never seen this side of her before. She is such a strong person, but now she cant sleep, eat, or stop crying. The thing that confuses me the most is tthat they were only going out for four months and shes more crushed then when her and her fiance broke off the engagement!
