My friend fancies this girl, but I know she's a total cow. How you ask? because I was with her a couple of times. She also has a boyfriend, but flirts alot with my friend. I can't tell my friend as he's obviously going to be upset that I was with her. I was just with her for the sex, (which was great). How do I help him get over this girl?..

You don't have to tell her it was you that was with her, do you? Can't you reference the boyfriend and a few other unnamed sources, and let your friend make up his own mind?..

By the way, is it relevant how great the sex with her was? To say that, unnecessarily, strikes me as being pretty cow-like too, or whatever the male equivalent is...

this isn't an answer,..it's just a clarification: I'm pretty sure this question comes from Britain, where "cow" is basically the same as "bitch". ..
..
So "total cow" describes this girl's character, not her body. ..
..

Yeah I have to say I was a little put off by the term "cow," but I also sensed there might be some cultural misunderstanding going on, too (and also thought British because you used "fancy"). So once I got over that and focused more on the question itself, I agree with what the others said about telling your friend how she's not true to her bf and how she sleeps around on him. But also--point out to him, even if he doesn't believe you about the sleeping around, does he really want to be with someone who, as he already knows from firsthand experience, flirts behind her bf's back?..
