Having sex with another guy is obviously cheating. Do you feel you should tell him as soon as you start dating other guys? Should you tell him before you even start dating other guys?..

Yea that is definitely the definition of cheating...The reason "Yea, I knwo I had sex with Bert last night, but it was not cheating...Really, I just forgot to tell you ahead a time we are no longer exclusive...Oops, my bad."..has never and woudl never stand up for me...
