Here's that question

Question
Marriage > from anonymous2 answers
I think my husband might be having an affair...I haven't found anything too suspicious, but he stays out late, doesn't call, has his phone off, etc...I want to confront him, but I'm afraid he'll accuse me of not trusting him...(Which obviously I don't.)..
..
Should I wait until I have more proof?..How should I bring it up?..

First of all you are going about this all wrong.... the mere fact that he's out late, doesn't call and has his phone off is enough to illicit a discussion (even if he's just out with the boys). No accusations of infidelity are necessary at this point...
..
Start by sitting down in a quiet moment and telling him that your concerned about him, due to his erratic & unpredictable behavior, that alone should prompt him for an explanation. Don't jump all over infidelty question, because you have nothing to go on...
..
There are many reasons for that type of behavior starting with gambling problems to alcohol/drug abuse and several others....etc.. Your conversation could start off by asking mild questions leading in that direction rather than infidelity...
..
BTW: A bad or non existent sex live is a good marker for infidelity, how are things in the bedroom?..

My mom confronted my dad when she thought he was having an affair. He denied it. Two weeks later he confessed...
My brothers thought he was an idiot...
You may be wrong. But you could just talk to him and ask him why he's staying out late and not calling. Sounds like you guys need to have a conversation, vs you spying on him before you fling accusations...
