... I'd have a hard time picking by the sounds of ScarlettO's answer, I could even pick up someone who lost their shirt at her poker table...

And I think I'd say just hang out, walk whatever city they know like the back of their hand, find a small little unknown bistro/bar with a piano or some live music ... and hopefully laugh our pants off lol...
