The vagina is a self-cleansing organ, so unless you have a pressing need to freshen up the parts (another customer?), I wouldn't do any more than give them a gentle external swipe with some plain soap and water. Or, follow my lead and let a clean pair of panties do the absorbent work while you snooze blissfully in the arms of your beloved...

Wel daily bathing/showers should do it, but if by "afterwards" you mean immediately afterwards (well not immmmmmmmediately lol, but between waking up and going to bed "afterwards") you could always use feminine wipes or baby wipes to freshen up.....
